L’Aljub Shopping Centre began its trajectory on August 12, 2003, the day on which it inaugurated this large area of more than 60,000 m2, distributed over two floors, which has a large underground car park. Its privileged location in the city of Elche makes it a strategic enclave, with important population centres nearby. The scope of the activity is:

“Shopping centre management”

The Management, convinced that to ensure the success of the organization it’s essential to establish and develop a Management System, acquires the commitment to establish and develop said System based on the ISO 9001 Standard, the Co-Responsible Company Standard and the Technical Specification of Tourist Q for shopping centres. Our philosophy is based on excellence in service and customer satisfaction.

The general guidelines of the integrated management system policy are as follows:

  • Maintain the commitment to continuous improvement in the effectiveness of the Management System in the services provided.
  • To ensure the satisfaction of our clients and interested parties, committing ourselves to understand the current and future needs of the client, satisfy their requirements and strive to exceed the expectations of all interested parties. We take into account the opinions of our visitors to apply them as improvement measures.
  • Comply with the requirements of our clients, as well as all those of a legal nature and other requirements applicable to this organization.
  • Improve the qualification of personnel through continuous training, as well as motivating them to increase their involvement in the quality management system implemented.
  • Maintain our commitment to sustainability, as well as to its accessibility.
  • Comply with the Sustainable Development Goals with our Origin sustainability project.

As quality management is the responsibility of all members of the organization, the Management undertakes and ensures that this Quality Policy is understood and accepted by the personnel that make up C.C. L’Aljub.
